Can someone help with reservations or tour booking? Is there a concierge service?

We have a specialized team member that handles reservations for guests. Prior to check-in, you will be given a tour of your stay by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (GRO). We do not, however, provide concierge (resident caretaker) services.
