DEWA Account Change: How to Provide Proof of New Account

The DEWA account has been changed and there are two ways to provide proof of the new account. You can either submit a statement of account from DEWA or log in to your DEWA account and take a screenshot of the account profile. The screenshot must clearly display the account owner and DEWA account number. Here are the steps to follow:

  2. To take a screenshot of your DEWA account profile, follow these steps:
    • Log in to your DEWA account using your username and password.
    • Once logged in, navigate to the account profile section.
    • Take a screenshot of the page that displays your account owner and DEWA account number.
    • Make sure the screenshot is clear and legible.
