Q: Who shall meet and greet me?
A: If you have made a booking on the same day as your arrival, our team in Fujairah will promptly reach out to coordinate your arrival. For bookings made in advance, expect a call one day before your arrival date. If you have not received a call prior to your arrival, please feel free to contact our dedicated team in Fujairah at +97143848500 (please note that our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily).
Once your arrival is scheduled with one of our guest relation officers, they will meet you at our office on Al Dana Island. Q: What are Fujairah's team working hours and how does the support number work?
A: Our dedicated Fujairah team can be reached at +97143848500 for all your inquiries and assistance. They are available to handle all phone calls and messages until 6:00pm daily. After 6:00pm, any calls will be redirected to our Central Support Team, while all whatsapp messages will be managed by the Central Support Team through the FUJAIRAH dedicated inbox.
Q: Do all bedrooms have bathrooms (ensuite)?
A: Yes, all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms by default in all villas.
Q: Is there a barbeque grill in all villas?
A: Yes, we do provide barbeque grill on all villas.
Q: Do you provide charcoal?
A: No, we do not provide charcoal by default, but you can buy it from below supermarkets:

Q: Is the swimming pool heated or chilled?

Q: What are standard check-in and check-out timings?
A: Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 pm for all apartments and villas situated in Fujairah (Al Dana Island and The Address Residences, Fujairah). Please note that these timings may vary from the standard practices in properties located in Dubai.
Q: Can we get early check-in?
A: Our standard check-in timing is at 3:00pm. For a complimentary early check-in, we can try to accommodate it, however it can be confirmed only after 6:00pm of the previous day or in the morning of the same day with our local team. This is to ensure that there are no back-to-back bookings. Please note that early check-in cannot occur before 10:00am on the check-in date (for earlier than this time, the guests should consider booking additional night).
Q: Can we get a late check-out?
A: Late check-out options are available at the following rates:
- From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, a 25% charge of the average nightly rate applies.
- From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, a 50% charge of the average nightly rate applies.
- From 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, a 75% charge of the average nightly rate applies.
- After 6:00 pm, a 100% charge of the average nightly rate applies.
Q: What is the maximum number of guests and visitors for each villa on Al Dana Island?
A: Each villa can host up to 2 adults per bedroom and up to 1 child under the age of 14 or younger. For sleeping arrangements for children, it's advisable to consult with the Operator in advance. Maid or Assistant bedrooms are designed to accommodate only 1 adult.
Furthermore, we welcome up to 5 visitors per day (non-overnight guests) and up to 4 vehicles per villa.

Q: What is included in my stay?
A: Included in your stay are the following complimentary amenities:
- A thoroughly cleaned property with fresh linens
- Bath and Pool Towels (Eech regular room is provided with 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel, while the maid/assistant room includes 1 bath towel.)
- Bathroom Amenities (toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, lotion, shower gel, hard soap)
- Kitchen Cleaning Kit (includes dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaning chemical, washing machine liquid, sponge, duster, and hand gloves)
- Coffee Capsules (10 per stay)
- Drinking water bottles (4 in the kitchen and 2 in each bedroom)
- Water gallons (provided where a dispenser is available, such as in Al Dana villas)
- First Aid Kit / Fire Extinguisher / Fire blanket
Q: What is NOT included in my stay?
A: We do not provide following amenities:
- Slippers, bath robes, dental kits or any other kits not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Charcoal for the barbeque or barbeque specified accessories (such as skewers)
- Welcome food pack (or any sort of food or beverage)
Q: What is not allowed?
A: Followings are NOT allowed on our properties:
- No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
- Bachelor gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not permitted outdoors.
- Any loud noise between 10pm and 8am should be avoided.
- Smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, cigars, and shisha, is strictly prohibited.
- Linen and towels should not be misused for any purpose other than their intended use.
Q: Are there any policies or rules related to the usage of the swimming pools?
A: Yes there are. Below are Swimming Pool rules for Al Dana villas:
- The pool depth is indicated on the notice board near the pool.
- Proper swimwear must be worn while using the pool.
- Please rinse off in the shower before entering the pool.
- No diving or jumping into the pool is allowed.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
- Food and drinks are prohibited inside the pool.
- Glassware or bottles are not allowed in or near the pool.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- There are no lifeguards on duty, so guests are responsible for pool safety.
- The Operator or Landlord is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
Q: How shall we dispose the garbage?
A: There are garbage bins located outside of the villa (from the main street side, located in outside parking).
A fine of AED 500 will apply for leaving the garbage outside the Residence.
