Guest Responsibility

Guests acknowledge that ALL properties are residential properties and are located in residential buildings/communities. Accordingly, no Concierge (Resident Caretaker). So guests must . . .


  • Use facilities such as the spa, swimming pool, gym, and so on only at the designated areas—but at their own risk and liability.
  • Inspect the property upon check-in to ensure that fittings and furnishings are complete and functional. If any item is found dysfunctional, missing, damaged, stained, hazardous, or child-unfriendly; please report it to the Operator within the first 24 hours.
  • Accompany their children in areas; including but not limited to the balcony, terrace, bedroom, bathroom, pool, gym, spa, beach, and sea. In other words, you are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of your children.
  • Be solely responsible for checking, storing, and collecting all personal belongings or valuable items. The Operator bears zero liability for forgotten or lost items.
