Rules for Guests & Visitors
- ALL guests and visitors must be registered with the Operator at least 24 hours in advance. Valid IDs should be presented to the Operator and to the Community Security/Reception, or else access may be delayed or rejected.
- Both guests and visitors must comply with the house rules as well as the community regulations and procedures set out by Security Services.
- Children under 14 years should be supervised in all recreation areas.
- Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors and for ensuring that visitors follow these house rules:
- The maximum number of visitors allowed is one adult and one child under 14 years of age per bedroom. There can be no more than six visitors at a time. However, more may be allowed with the approval of the Building or Residential Community Management and the approval of the Licensee—regarding the largest number of guests in special circumstances—not counting a domestic worker or the guard's room.
- The maximum number of visitors allowed per unit is:
- Two adults and two children (under 14 years) per master bedroom or studio.
- Two adults and one child (under 14 years) per additional bedroom.
- Only one person per domestic worker or guard.
- Visitors are allowed to enter the property any time between 8 am and 10 pm only.
- Visitors should not remain in the holiday home between 12:00 am (midnight) and 8:00 am.
- Visitors’ access to community facilities such as the pool, gym, or spa may be restricted or limited depending on community rules and procedures.
