      How to Schedule a Visit to Your Property

      If you are a landlord and your property is currently vacant, you can easily schedule a visit to your property through our Landlord Portal. Here's how:

      1. First, log in to your Landlord Portal account.
      2. Check the status of your property to ensure that it is indeed vacant.
      3. Go to the "Help & Contacts" page in the Landlord Portal.
      4. Fill out the form provided to request a visit to your property.
      5. Our team will appoint a Guest Relations Officer to meet you in the Lobby.
      6. The Guest Relations Officer will then escort you to your property for the visit.
