How to Properly Cancel a Permit
How to Cancel a Permit
Permits registered by the Operator can only be cancelled by the Operator themselves. This can only occur when the Vacation Rentals Management Agreement has been terminated and all responsibilities have been fulfilled by both parties.
It is important to note that a Permit cannot be cancelled for a Unit that a Guest is currently staying in. This means that the cancellation process must be completed before the Guest checks in to the Unit.
Here are the steps to cancel a Permit:
- Terminate the Vacation Rentals Management Agreement.
- Ensure that all responsibilities have been fulfilled by both parties.
- Contact the Operator to request cancellation of the Permit.
- Provide any necessary documentation or information to support the cancellation request.
- Wait for confirmation from the Operator that the Permit has been cancelled.
It is important to follow these steps in order to properly cancel a Permit. Failure to do so may result in the Permit not being cancelled or additional fees being incurred.
If you have any questions or concerns about cancelling a Permit, please contact the Operator for assistance.
