      How to book an Owner Stay?

      How to Book an Owner Stay: A Step-by-Step Guide

      To book an Owner Stay through the Owner Portal, follow these steps:

      1. Browse to the HELP & CONTACTS section.
      2. Scroll down to the CONTACT US form.
      3. Select your desired property and the SUBJECT as OWNER STAY REQUEST.
      4. Specify your desired Check-in and Check-out dates, as well as your arrival and arriving guest details.
      5. Click SEND.

      Please note that this is a REQUEST form and does not guarantee automatic booking. If you receive an error stating that the specified dates are not available, it could mean one of the following:

      • There is another reservation during those dates.
      • There is a blocked day in our internal system intended for maintenance, government inspection, or other reasons.
