      How does Self-Check-In work?

      With self-check-in, guests can enter a property without the Guest Relations Officer (GRO) being present. You will have easy access to the following while checking in on the day of arrival:

      • A key lockbox
      • A smart lock
      • A keypad
      • A key or access through a building staff who must be available 24/7 to grant it. For example, a door person or front desk attendant.
