Is there a minimum age requirement to book a reservation?

Yes, in order to check into a holiday home, the main guest must be at least 18 years old. If a parent wishes to reserve a unit for their kid who is younger than 18 years old, we do accept such request as long as the parent gives us written approval and the reservation is made in the parent's name.
