- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM for apartments and 3:00 PM for villas/townhouses.
- Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM for apartments and 12:00 PM for villas/townhouses.
The set check-out time is crucial for the cleaning team to perform housekeeping duties and to prepare the property for the next guest(s). Therefore, unless a different check-out time is arranged with our team, the guest will be automatically charged for a full night in the following cases:
- Unauthorized late check-out.
- When the housekeepers cannot enter the property due to a delay caused by the guest for any reason.
- Early check-in/check-out is subject to availability first then prior written approval from the Operator. Any unapproved early check-in/check-out will lead to the guest getting automatically charged for an extra full night.
- The property is being rented in ‘as is’ condition. So upon checking in, guests are required to inspect the property and notify the Operator of any major damages found within 24 hours after check-in. Also, guests will be fully responsible for the costs of major damages that are not reported to the Operator on time.
- When absent from the property; guests shall close and lock all windows and doors. This is to maintain security and prevent dust, rain, and water damage.
- If the guest is absent from the property for more than 7 calendar days in a row, then they must notify the Operator about such absence. Additionally, they must allow the Operator to conduct regular inspections to avoid potential water leakages or other unfortunate events.
