Rules and Obligations for Building and Residential Complex Management
The management of a building or residential complex has certain obligations and rules that they must follow in order to ensure the smooth operation of the property. These obligations and rules are put in place to protect the rights of both the management and the guests or licensees who stay at the property. Here are some important obligations and rules that the building or residential complex management must abide by:
- The management must allow free and unfettered access to the holiday home for the licensee to conduct their activity without any obstruction. This means that the licensee should be able to enter and use the holiday home without any hindrance from the management.
- The management must also facilitate the entry of guests who have been authorized by DET (Department of Economic Development) to stay at the holiday home. This includes providing them with free and unfettered access to the property without any obstruction.
- Upon arrival at the building or residential complex reception desk for check-in, the management may ask to view the passports and ID cards of the guests. However, this should only be done for the purpose of check-in and the management must not keep any copies of these documents.
- If the management has any complaints against the licensee, guest, or visitor, they must inform DET as soon as possible. This is important so that DET can take the necessary action to address the complaint.
In the event that the building or residential complex management submits a complaint against the licensee, DET may take necessary actions such as imposing fines, suspending the activity, or terminating the license or permit. This will only be done if the complaint is deemed to be a breach of the Decree, Regulations, or this Guide. These measures are put in place to ensure that all parties involved are following the rules and regulations set by the authorities.
