Owner Portal TerminologyThe Dashboard is a feature on the Owner Portal that displays important information and statistics related to the landlord's properties and reservations. It is designed to provide a quick overview of the current status and performance of the properties.
Total Incomes - This section displays the combined incomes from all bookings that have been confirmed by the landlord.
Average Daily Rate (ADR) - This section shows the average daily rate for all confirmed and completed reservations. The ADR is calculated by dividing the total revenue earned by the number of rented nights.
Reservations - This section displays the total number of confirmed and completed reservations so far.
Occupancy - This section shows the occupancy rate up to the current date. The occupancy rate is calculated by dividing the number of available nights by the number of rented nights for a particular period.
Upcoming Rent - This section displays the approximate revenue from all confirmed upcoming reservations.
Active Bookings - This section shows all currently active and checked in reservations.
Upcoming Bookings - This section displays all upcoming reservations, including those that are active, tentative, and canceled.
Scheduled Owner Stays - This section shows all upcoming owner stays.
INCOMES & EXPENSES
Property / Month - In this section, the landlord can choose to view information for one or more properties and a specific month.
Rentals & Owner Stays - This section displays information about reservations and owner stays, including the guest name, reservation status, check-in/out dates, number of nights, rental income, management fee, and net income.
Maintenance Expenses - This section shows all maintenance-related expenses for the properties.
Utilities - This section displays all utility-related expenses for the properties.
Other Incomes & Expenses - This section shows all other incomes and expenses, categorized differently from maintenance and utility expenses.
BALANCE & PAYOUT
Running Balance - This section displays the landlord's running balance, which includes incomes from confirmed and completed reservations minus any posted expenses.
Payouts - This section shows all payouts that have been released or transferred to the landlord.
