What happens if I need to stay for a longer period? If you are planning to stay in one of our
ACTIVE properties for a longer period of time, you may be wondering what services we will continue to provide during your stay. Here is a breakdown of the full management services that we offer for all
ACTIVE properties:
- Paying for utility bills on the landlord's behalf and recording them in our accounting systems
- Arranging maintenance repairs
- Conducting owner and visitor check-ins/outs and registering them in the DET portal
- Dealing with community management and/or DET systems
- Paying fixed fees to Property Management & Channel Manager systems for each property
- Keeping sufficient quotas in local portals such as Dubizzle/PropertyFinder
- Maintaining property and document records
- Being accountable for all staying guests in front of DET and the Government of Dubai
- Maintaining listings in Online Travel Agencies such as Booking.com & AirBNB.com
- Continuing to provide Revenue Management services to keep the rates up-to-date
However, if you plan to stay for longer than 30 days, we may charge you a discounted yet fixed Management Fee based on market rental rates for the duration of your stay. This fee is to cover our costs for providing these services during your extended stay. Rest assured, we will continue to provide the same level of management and care for your property during your stay.
