1. Do you see the network username showing on your mobile?
2. Were you able to connect to the network name yet the internet is not working?
3. Were you able to locate the Wi-Fi router (white box with Du or Etisalat sticker)? If yes, kindly share with us a photo of the top and bottom part of the Wi-Fi router.
If you have checked all the above points and yet you are still unable to use the internet, please try to reset the connection by the instructions below:
Please try to:
1) Unplug the power adaptor of the router from the socket.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Plug back, wait for another 60 seconds.
4) Try to connect to the Wi-Fi Router
