How to Book an Owner Stay on Our Platform
When and how can I book an Owner Stay?
If you are the owner of a property listed on our platform, you have the option to book an owner stay at any time. This can be done when your property is vacant and there are no pending or confirmed reservations. To ensure a smooth process, we require at least 48-hours notice before your desired stay date.
Please note that there may be instances where we have reservations pending payment. This means that the guest has transferred the funds, and the property has a pending/tentative reservation. In such cases, manual approval from us is necessary before your stay can be confirmed.
To book an owner stay, you can use the “Help & Contact” page contact form located in the Landlord Portal. You must be logged in to access this feature. In case you encounter any difficulties, you can also send an email to the Dedicated Landlord email address provided in the portal.
