When will you send my monthly statement?
Monthly statements and balance updates for landlords.
All statements for Incomes/Expenses and transactions are updated on or before the 10th of each month. These statements reflect the previous month's incurred transactions and can be found in the Landlord Portal under the Incomes & Expenses section.
In addition to these statements, you can also view your current, previous month's, and upcoming balance in the Balance & Payouts section of your Landlord Portal. This section also includes a list of payouts and an Audit Trail Report.
It is important to note that all reservation details are updated manually twice per week. These details can be found in the Reservations section of your Landlord Portal.
