Which currency am I being paid out?

By default, all rentals are paid out to our bank account in the national currency of AED. However, we also offer the option to receive your payout in your local currency, such as USD, EUR, SAR, etc. This is dependent on whether our bank supports the currency conversion.

We work with one of the largest banks in the region, EmiratesNBD, to arrange all payouts to our landlords.

Please note that the currency exchange rate will be based on the daily rate set by the bank on the day the payout is released. We do not have control over this rate. Additionally, there may be fees charged by the bank for wire transfers in different currencies. These fees will be deducted from the payout amount when the transfer is initiated.
